hi! i'm a Boston-based UI artist, UX designer, and illustrator.

send me a message!

Hi, I'm Cole. I'm a UI/UX designer and illustrator located in Boston, MA.I'm currently a UI artist working on Teamfight Tactics at Demiurge Studios. Before that, I was a UI lead for Marvel Puzzle Quest, a marketing artist for Sega of America, and a 2D artist on Rock Band at Harmonix Music Systems.I attended Massachusetts College of Art and Design, where I studied animation before graduating with a BFA in illustration. I'm a lover of the natural world, music, and video games (especially narrative). In addition to creating content for the local music scene, I've worked for clients such as Gillette and Hasbro.I'm also the art director for Emo Night Boston.

During my time at Harmonix as an artist for Rock Band 4: Rivals, I was responsible for authoring and implementing a new category of rewards called Track Skins, along with their corresponding palettes. These multi-layered images scroll vertically down the gem and vocal tracks,
and are overlaid with various effects.
This category of skins featured 12 new selectable Zodiac tracks.

SEGA Heroes was a mobile match-3 brawler featuring classic and modern SEGA IPs.As Marketing Artist for the title, I guided the style and structure of the in-game store, was responsible for the creation of store offers, style guides, app icons, original illustrations/characters, and more. This work involved both authoring and implementing offers and icons in-engine, working with designers to create offer schedules, wireframing, managing large asset libraries, and readying content for testing.

I was the UI/UX Lead on Marvel Puzzle Quest, a long-running major mobile game in Marvel’s game family. During my time on MPQ, I was responsible for everything from marketing art, icons, UX flows, to full redesign and implementation of nearly all major game screens.Engine: Proprietary
